There are no words to describe the most amazing week of professional development ever! The event was the Discovery Education Summer Institute (DENSI2014)  and the place was Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN! I learned a lot, laughed a lot, and played a lot! I am very grateful to have spent a week with some of the greatest and most accomplished minds in the world! There are too many names to call out without excluding others! If you want to know what this event was about, look at this slideshow and all of the embedded videos below! I enjoyed making a beaded abacus as my maker craft because the response I got from my DENFamily was very supportive. I did not think anyone would be interested! Soon, I hope to come back to this post and reflect on more of my experiences! Thank you #DEN
