Welll We were SO HOPEFUL!
The 3D printer arrived in non working condition. Because it took so long for us to open it due to waiting for our printer table to arrive, we fell out of the 30 day warranty period. After many calls with various customer service and technical support people we deduced that this machine was not usable or fixable by us. After months of conversations and pleading, they eventually agreed to take it back and replace it. The replacement came, which is probably this same machine, only repaired. However we have not had the time to open the mammoth box and attempt to use the printer
